Training Plan

My husband has come up with a skating training plan for me.  I will let you digest that for a second.

It probably will be helpful since it will keep me closer to the house – and drinking plenty of water.  He is very worried about my water intake when I’m out in the heat.  Probably wise.

It consists of sprint distances – he has it mapped out & everything – done at various speeds for specific amounts of time.  I suppose it will force me to learn how to stop & switch directions better as well as probably help with a lot of other things.

Hopefully it will help & I’m also hoping he runs along with me like he plans.  We can both benefit from the exercise.
